At Hustle Collective, we want you to love your purchase! If you’re not completely satisfied, we’re here to help.
Returns
• You can return items within 14 days of receiving your order.
• Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original packaging with all tags attached.
• Final sale items, accessories (for hygiene reasons), and customized products cannot be returned.
• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
Refunds
• Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll process your refund within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
• Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
• If your return does not meet our policy requirements, it may be sent back to you at your expense.
Exchanges
• We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size or item, please return the original purchase and place a new order.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
• If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos, and we’ll resolve the issue at no cost to you.
How to Initiate a Return
1. Email us at hustlecollectiveclothing5@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.
2. We’ll provide return instructions and the return address.
3. Send back your item and keep your tracking information for reference.
